Fat-tire speed bikes (45 km/h class)

Onemile lists Scrambler V Pro and S Pro as road-legal speed bikes. For the V Pro it states 45 km/h and EEC/COC certification, and says each unit ships with a COC paper for licence-plate registration. For the lower-priced Scrambler V / S, Onemile states 45 km/h but its product page does not say whether the bike is road-approved; ask Onemile before you buy. Registration, insurance, licence and helmet rules for 45 km/h speed bikes are set by each country; check yours before you buy.
